    This essentials course for exercise professionals will develop your knowledge and understanding of Parkinson's and the range of symptoms people living with the condition may experience. You will gain insights into the benefits of regular physical activity for people living with Parkinson's, and consider how you can communicate effectively with your patients or clients to design exercise routines that are suitable for them as individuals. You will also have opportunities to reflect on your current practice and what changes you might implement as a result of your learning.
